🍪🍫 Day 23 of Healthy Summer Treats | Edible Protein Cookie Dough & Choc-Dipped Bites
Cookie Dough: 1 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup unflavoured protein powder (or more almond flour) 1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice (I used half liquid allulose, half maple syrup) 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup chopped chocolate/chocolate chips of choice (I used dark allulose chips) ► Combine, scoop, eat!! These yummy ice cream sandwiches are easily customizable to suit your dietary needs (Swap out the sweetener make it vegan, RSF, low-carb, etc - I’m using half maple syrup, half liquid allulose here). Today we’re making blueberry cloud snacks - the perfect healthy dessert for a summer treat! Ingredients: -Fresh blueberries -Yogurt/Dairy-free yogurt of choice -Melted dark chocolate of choice 1: Not Frozen - MY WAY -Coat your berries in the yogurt, then spoon them in clusters onto a tray and pop in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Healthy Vegan Snickers Bars

It’s gluten, grain and dairy-free, refined sugar free, vegan, high in protein, and can so easily be made sugar-free/keto/low carb too!!
