Day 4 of Healthy Summer Treats: đŸ«đŸ«Blueberry “Crispy Cloud Snacks” #summeronshorts

Today we’re making blueberry cloud snacks - the perfect healthy dessert for a summer treat!


Ingredients:

-Fresh blueberries

-Yogurt/Dairy-free yogurt of choice

-Melted dark chocolate of choice


1: Not Frozen - MY WAY

-Coat your berries in the yogurt, then spoon them in clusters onto a tray and pop in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. We’re looking for JUST the yogurt to start to freeze so it will stay put when you dip them in chocolate.

-After chilling just long enough, quickly dip your blueberry yogurt clusters in melted dark chocolate, and enjoy!! Store these in the fridge. These will be fresh and maintain that “pop” that fresh blueberries have when you bite into them, and the yogurt will stay soft. This is my preferred way to enjoy them.


2: Frozen - THE VIRAL WAY

-Same as above but you leave them in the freezer longer, and will store them frozen as well.

-After freezing the blueberry yogurt clusters, dip in melted dark choc and enjoy!! These will be refreshing frozen crispy treats. And more blueberry fray bites.
