✨ Two ways to make them:• Version 1: Chewy breakfast cookies• Version 2: Best texture (add nut butter for richness!)
💡 Pro tip: Quick oats = better texture! You can also mix quick oats with rolled oats or oat flour for extra chew.

VERSION 1: breakfast cookie chewy
2 ripe bananas, about 1 cup mashed
1 cup quick oats*
1/4 cup chocolate chips
VERSION 2: best texture
Above plus 1/4 cup nut butter
OTHER OPTIONS:
Optional 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, pinch sea salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and oats (& nut butter if using)
Then, fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop out 1 tbsp sized balls onto lined baking tray.
Gently flatten - they do not spread during baking
Bake for 14-16 minutes
