Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Bread

Banana bread is great!! We LOVE banana bread over here, but let’s make it EVEN better by making it marbled with chocolate hazelnut batter.
We start by mixing up our trusty almond-coconut banana bread, then divide the batter in 2 bowls. We keeping some of it vanilla, and add cocoa powder, choc chips & chopped hazelnuts to the rest.
Alternate scoops into a loaf pan, and top with more chocolate chips & chopped hazelnuts, then bake, and enjoy!!
So pretty & so good!
Batter Ingredients:
► 2 ripe bananas, mashed
► 3 large eggs
► ¼ cup maple syrup
► 1 tsp vanilla
► 1 cup (130g) almond flour
► 2 tbsp coconut flour
► 1 tsp baking soda
► ½ tsp sea salt
For Chocolate Portion:
► 3 tbsp cocao powder
► 2 tsp almond milk
► 1/4 cup hazelnuts, rough chopped (plus more for sprinkling)
► 1/4 cup df chocolate chips (plus more for sprinkling)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F
In a medium mixing bowl combine mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla & maple syrup
Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt
Mix until just combined
Roughly divide the batter into 2 smaller bowls, with 1/3’ish in one bowl and 2/3’ish in another
To the smaller portion, add cocao powder, & 2 tsp of milk, and mix together. Then stir in hazelnuts and chocolate chips to finish your chocolate hazelnut batter.
Alternate scoops of chocolate and vanilla batter into your parchment lined loaf pan
Top with a sprinkle of extra hazelnuts & chocolate chips
Bake 50–60 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean
Cool 20–30 minutes
