Today weâre making the viral frozen sour patch grapes from TikTok, but with a better-for-you twist!! Turn frozen mandarin oranges into a super delicious & refreshing summer treat!! You make this 1-ingredient orange ice cream/sorbet in a blender or a food processor. INGREDIENTS: - Zest & juice of 2 lemons* - 1 can full fat coconut cream - 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (I used organic honey) NOTES: *I did try the âwhole lemonâ way first, but I found it too bitter and did not enjoy it. This one ingredient shave ice hack seemed so simple I almost didnât want to include it in our healthy summer treat series BUT our watermelonâs texture was sub-par (and a bit mealy), so my kids did NOT want to eat it. Letâs make healthy 4 ingredient tropical smoothie popsicles as we kick off a new series of healthy summer treats. -2 cups frozen pineapple -1 cup coconut milk -1/2 cup frozen mango or 1/2 banana -1/2 tsp blue spirulina for swirled (or 1 tsp for fully blue popsicles) Combine frozen fruits and coconut milk and blend until smooth, then add spirulina to half to turn it tropical blue.
