2-Ingredient Chocolate Yogurt Mousse

This recipe kept popping up on my feed, and I was skeptical (I've fallen victim to so many bad 2 or 3-ingredient recipes...have you?) but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised.

It's super neat how the texture changes as you stir it. Watch our video to see the magic happen: https://youtube.com/shorts/KkU3izTUKAs

INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup, chocolate chips/chunks of choice (I used df/v allulose sweetened 70% dark chocolate)

-1/2 cup yogurt of choice, cold

INSTRUCTIONS:

-Melt the chocolate in 30 sec bursts in your microwave, then pour into bowl with yogurt, and stir immediately. Work fast as it starts to set up because if the cold yogurt

-You'll notice it change texture and become mousse-y as it comes together. Just keep stirring until you've mixed at all the way to the bottom.

-Then scoop out, and enjoy. We used a cookie scoop but you could totally just use 2 spoons too.

**NOTE/OPTIONAL: if you aren't a fan of the sourness of plain yogurt, or bitterness of dark chocolate, you'll probably want to use a less-dark chocolate, a sweetened/flavoured yogurt, or simply add 1 tbsp of your sweetener of choice. This does end up a little sour, but I love plain yogurt, so I thought it was great and will def be making this again.
