Have you been seeing all these 1 or 2 ingredient chocolate mousse recipes too? We tried the water + chocolate recipe, and while it worked, many of you asked if it would work with milk. So let’s see if the milk version is better. This recipe kept popping up on my feed, and I was skeptical (I've fallen victim to so many bad 2 or 3-ingredient recipes...have you?) but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the flattened croissant is totally worth the hype! We finally made one, but gf/df/v. Gluten-free croissants ARE a little fragile, so it was trickier, but in the end it turned out delicious. These are SO UNDER-RATED, OMG!
