Holiday truffles that taste like brownie batter? Yes, please. These chocolate brownie batter truffles are the perfect no-bake treat for gifting, parties, cookie boxes, or a cozy night in by the tree. Gluten-free, customizable, and extra festive!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (Use 4 tbsp if using allulose)
3 tbsp nut milk
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch seas salt
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nut (I used walnuts)
~1 cup chocolate of choice for dipping
Holiday Note: Use dairy-free, vegan, sugar-free, or low-carb ingredients as needed — this recipe works beautifully with all options.
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Mix all ingredients (except the dipping chocolate) until a thick brownie-batter dough forms. Roll into small truffle balls and chill for 20+ minutes.
2) Melt your chocolate and dip each chilled truffle. Let them set on parchment and chill again until firm.
3) Enjoy!
These make adorable holiday gifts — keep them classic decorated with chocolate drizzle, or add a sprinkle of crushed peppermint, flakey salt, or festive sprinkles before the chocolate sets for a Christmas touch. 🎅🍫
