We made Billie Eilish’s gf/v Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie



Did you know that Billie Eilish shared her PB cookie recipe on TikTok?!? and it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, & vegan!! I made these famous cookies with my kids last night and they were soooo ooey gooey GOOD!! (and super kid friendly for them to help/make).


Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar (we switched it to coconut sugar)

1 cup peanut butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup oat flour (blend 1c oats in blender/nutribullet)

1 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup almond milk

chocolate chips

chocolate squares or extra choc chips to top hot cookies


How To:

1. Preheat your oven to 350F

2. Mix the sugar & PB together until smooth then add vanilla

3. Add oat flour, baking soda, salt & mix until combined

4. Add milk and chocolate chips

5. Divide onto parchment lined baking tray and press them down with a fork to create the classic PB cookie look

6. Bake for 10-12 min. Top each cookies with a square of choc while hot.

7. Let cool a few minutes before serving, then as she says “Boom! All done!” enjoy!!
