Stop paying for expensive coconut manna and make your own at home in minutes with our homemade coconut butter recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
-2 or more cups of unsweetened dried coconut aka desiccated coconut
NOTE: Make sure it’s dried coconut, fresh will not work
EQUIPMENT:
-food processor, high speed blender,(or even your coffee grinder in small batches!)
STEPS:
-Add your coconut to your blender and blend until it starts to clump
-Stop and scrap sides as needed until it becomes liquidy
-Continue blending until desired consistency
NOTE: If it’s been blending a while but not releasing oils, you can help it by adding a small amount of coconut oil
-Transfer to a jar or other sealable container, and store at room temperature.
-You can also store it in the fridge but it will solidify and you’ll have to warm it before using each time.
