These are SOOOO good & SOOOO easy to make. Just dump it all in one bowl and mix! Bake, top with a simple glaze and enjoy these super delicious triple chocolate almond flour cakey-style brownies.
Customize this by choosing the sweetener that suits you best: you can use regular white sugar to keep it easy, coconut sugar for paleo, or a sugar substitute (we used allulose) for keto/low-carb.
Brownie Ingredients:
3/4c almond flour
1/2c granulated sweetener (we used allulose)
1/2c melted coconut oil
1/4c cocao powder
1/4c chocolate chips (we used allulose sweetened choc chunks)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
Chocolate Glaze:
1/4c chocolate chips (we used allulose sweetened choc chunks)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Steps:
-Preheat your oven to 350F
-Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper (this makes 1cm thick brownies - you can also use a smaller pan to get them thicker, but you’ll have to adjust your baking time/longer)
-Combine all your brownie ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
-Transfer to baking dish and bake for 18-20minutes (toothpick test to make sure!)
-Let cool 20 minutes
-Make the glaze by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat proof bowl and microwave in 30sec bursts until melted, then spread over your brownies.
-Chill brownies in fridge for 20min to set the glaze, then cut & enjoy!!
