Gluten-Free Dairy-Free-ified Compost Cookies

Come along & listen to my thought process as we try to gluten-free & dairy-free-ify another recipe! This time it’s Lynja’s* Compost Cookies from the Nick DiGiovanni Knife Drop cookbook. We’re trying out some fun new goodies too as mix-ins: I found some slightly “cleaner” candy-coated df/vegan chocolate chips to use as M&Ms, as well as naturally coloured gf cornstarch-free sprinkles from Pure Foods.
