We’re making some fun cookie cups to serve ice cream sundaes! You don't even need a spoon AND you can eat your bowl. 😉🙌🏻 STEPS: ► Shape your cookie dough onto the backside of a muffin tin to make a cup shape ► Bake per cookie instructions & let cool ► Carefully pop off your cookie cups and fill with your favourite ice cream & toppings & enjoy!! These yummy ice cream sandwiches are easily customizable to suit your dietary needs (Swap out the sweetener make it vegan, RSF, low-carb, etc - I’m using half maple syrup, half liquid allulose here). Forget store bought protein bars. These super clean & simple protein cookie dough bites, take just 4 ingredients and less than 4 minutes to make. If you divide this into 9 balls, each one has about 3.5g of protein.
