Perfectly Snappy Graham Crackers | Gluten-Free & Vegan
These perfectly crispy, perfectly sweet graham crackers are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, starch-free and can be made sugar-free/low carb too. Turn frozen mandarin oranges into a super delicious & refreshing summer treat!! You make this 1-ingredient orange ice cream/sorbet in a blender or a food processor. Day 7 of Healthy Summer Treats: 🍋🍨 3-Ingredient Lemon Ice Cream #summeronshorts
INGREDIENTS: - Zest & juice of 2 lemons* - 1 can full fat coconut cream - 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (I used organic honey) NOTES: *I did try the “whole lemon” way first, but I found it too bitter and did not enjoy it. So I remade it using the zest & juice, and it was SOOOOO delicious and refreshing. This will definitely be on repeat this summer. This is fairly heavy on honey but makes for a nice soft texture. Mini Triple Chocolate Vegan No Bake Cheesecakes | plus tips without a blender
