Chickpea Bark - Sweet Salty & Crunchy!
Sometimes unexpected combos work so beautifully together: If you have some extra chickpeas kicking around, give this a try! Adding crunchy roasted chickpeas creates an amazing sweet salty & crunchy combo. -Lightly spray/coat some drained chickpeas with oil, then roast (we did air fryer at 390F for 20 minutes and they were perfect!). -Then let cool, and add to melted chocolate with a good ol' pinch of flakey sea salt. -Chill until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!! Christmas Tree Date Bark đđâ¤ď¸
Christmas take on the viral date bark hack: use a piping bag or folded ziptop bag to make a tree shaped date bark. 1) add pitted flattened dates (medjool are nice and soft and work VERY well) 2) flatten (press flat or use a rolling pin) 3) add layer of nut butter then chill until nut butter has thickened and you can peel off the piping bag 4) top with melted chocolate, then add your fav nuts and/or fun sprinkles 5) chill again until set, then cut & enjoy!
