These are SOOOO good & SOOOO easy to make. Just dump it all in one bowl and mix! Bake, top with a simple glaze and enjoy these super delicious triple chocolate almond flour cakey-style brownies. 🥐 Viral flattened croissant, but gf & vegan?
Yes, the flattened croissant is totally worth the hype! We finally made one, but gf/df/v. Gluten-free croissants ARE a little fragile, so it was trickier, but in the end it turned out delicious. Healthy 3-Ingredient Rice Crispy Squares
With maple syrup and almond butter, I thought these would be perfect for my kid with braces (instead of sticky marshmallows) & bonus you get to avoid over processed ingredients like corn syrup, they come together super quick, and are endlessly customizable (sub your fav cereal, a diff nut/seed butter or sticky sweetener of choice!!). This is my go to snack/dessert when I have a chocolate craving. It's easy to put together, quick to cook, and oh so yummy by itself or with a scoop of df ice cream or coconut whipcream.
