🧈 DIY Whipped Vegan Butter
A super quick & easy swap for butter in a recipe, you can do a straight swap for coconut oil, or Spectrum palm shortening, but in actuality real butter contains water (not just fat! It’s 80-82% fat, and 18-20% water) which can impact how your recipe bakes. Sometimes you need the water content in there to create steam and create lift (like in pastries, etc). Super easy, 5 minute vegan vanilla pudding, packed with vanilla flavour. Great to enjoy as is, as a pudding. Garlic Bread Cinnamon Rolls | Garlic bread swirls | GF/DF/V

🧇 Buckwheat Blender Waffles
Gluten free, dairy free & vegan option too!! The vegan version of these were my Go To breakfast for a long time when my kids were little. I’d scale it up, and batch make a LOT of them on a Sunday and freeze them for quick and easy breakfasts during the week - just pop them in the toaster frozen and you’re good to go!
