These no bake-brownie batter bars are SOOOOO chocolatey & delicious, but so simple to make!! Honestly you don’t even have to spread them out and make bars. You can scoop it into a bowl and eat it with a spoon with a sprinkle of choc chips or walnuts on top. Or go nuts and press it out into a pizza crust shape and use it to make a no-bake dessert pizza (that video is coming soon!). We’re making some fun cookie cups to serve ice cream sundaes! INGREDIENTS: - Zest & juice of 2 lemons* - 1 can full fat coconut cream - 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (I used organic honey) NOTES: *I did try the “whole lemon” way first, but I found it too bitter and did not enjoy it. This one ingredient shave ice hack seemed so simple I almost didn’t want to include it in our healthy summer treat series BUT our watermelon’s texture was sub-par (and a bit mealy), so my kids did NOT want to eat it.
