This yogurt & almond-flour based dough is perfect for keto/sugar-free cinnamon sugar donut bites — tender, slightly chewy, & easy to shape dough; rolled in a cozy cinnamon “sugar” mixture for warm churro vibes.
Yield: about 12–16 small bites
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup thick plain dairy-free Greek-style yogurt like Kite Hill (or use real Greek yogurt if you eat dairy)
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp allulose (or preferred granulated sweetener)
1/2 tsp cinnamon or chai or pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp sea salt
Cinnamon “Sugar”:
2 tbsp allulose mix
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment
In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, allulose, & salt
Stir in yogurt until it forms a soft dough
Scoop and roll dough into balls (about 1-1½ inches)
Roll in cinnamon “sugar” mixture, and place on baking sheet
Bake 18-22 minutes until firm & golden
