We’re making some fun cookie cups to serve ice cream sundaes! You don't even need a spoon AND you can eat your bowl. 😉🙌🏻 STEPS: ► Shape your cookie dough onto the backside of a muffin tin to make a cup shape ► Bake per cookie instructions & let cool ► Carefully pop off your cookie cups and fill with your favourite ice cream & toppings & enjoy!! These yummy ice cream sandwiches are easily customizable to suit your dietary needs (Swap out the sweetener make it vegan, RSF, low-carb, etc - I’m using half maple syrup, half liquid allulose here). No Oat Crumble Fudge Bars | GF/DF/V/Low-Carb
These yummy bars are our version of a no-bake oatmeal chocolate fudge crumble bar. But ours are gluten-free, grain-free, oat-free, starch-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, refined-sugar-free (and can be totally sugar-free, low-carb too!) Fluffy Almond Flour Pancakes | Gluten-Free, Low-Carb
Here’s a fluffy pancake recipe that ’s super easy to make, it’s gluten-free, grain-free, starch-free, dairy-free, and can easily be made low-carb/keto too! (We used allulose for ours). These churros are crispy on the outside and the perfect combo or pillowy and chewy that you expect from a churro. 🍋 Iced Lemon Loaf | Healthy Starbucks copycat | Vegan & Gluten-Free

Deep Fried Ice Cream | made Gluten-Free Dairy-Free & Vegan
Vanilla ice cream coated in a layer of crushed cereal, and fried until crunchy on outside. The ice cream becomes slightly melty under the coating, yet frozen in the middle. Quick & Easy "Dubai Pistachio Cups" - the cheat code ;)
The long/proper way is definitely amazing, but I'm all for making things easier & more accessible. No molds! No chopping or toasting. No phyllo or gluten!
