Most of which we also share on our YouTube Channel, as well as our second instagram account, & TikTok. ✨Blender Banana Bread
Almond + Coconut Flour | GF • Paleo • DF • Oil-Free Moist, cozy, and comes together in the blender (so the bananas are perfectly pureed & disappear into the batter - no banana chunks here). Banana Donut Holes 🍌
Have one extra banana kicking around? Make some banana almond flour donut holes! This recipe was adapted from the viral 2 ingredient dough recipes using a banana and self-rising flour. But since the gluten-free world does not have self-rising flour (especially when using almond flour) we’ve added a few extra ingredients to make this work well. Ingredients 1¼ cups almond flour 1 tsp psyllium husk powder 1¼ tsp baking powder ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp sea salt 1 medium ripe banana, m

2-Ingredient Chocolate Yogurt Mousse
This recipe kept popping up on my feed, and I was skeptical (I've fallen victim to so many bad 2 or 3-ingredient recipes...have you?) but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. It's super neat how the texture changes as you stir it. Watch our video to see the magic happen: https://youtube.com/shorts/KkU3izTUKAs INGREDIENTS: -1 cup, chocolate chips/chunks of choice (I used df/v allulose sweetened 70% dark chocolate) -1/2 cup yogurt of choice, cold INSTRUCTIONS: -Melt th

How to: -Stuff large raspberries with wild blueberries (we used fresh raspberries and frozen wild blueberries) -Then pop in the freeze while you melt your white chocola

Miraculous 1-Ingredient CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
I keep seeing these 1 or 2 ingredient chocolate recipes, and sometimes they fail, and sometimes they look delicious - It makes me think, do they really work? And are they any good? So we’re finally giving it a try. Here’s how we’re doing it: Ingredients: 150g dark choc (you want good tasting, high cocao content, good quality choc since this is the only flavour component - I used 70% allulose-sweetened-dark chocolate) 1/2c boiling water (not cold, as some recipe say - we want

Twice Baked Chocolate Cake = Half Cake & Half Molten Lava
I’ve heard of double baked potatoes, and double baked cookies (aka biscotti) but have you heard of a double baked cake?!? I hadn’t until I saw these guys do it: Inspired by: @butterbutternz and Cupcake Jemma/Ravneet Gill https://youtu.be/zyMF41DzGPU?si=hWgwV-2X42MO_v8g And it just happens to be flour-less/gluten-free! I used theirs as a starting point but downsized it to make it a 1/4 batch size as well as made it dairy-free, & sugar-free/low carb. Ingredients for 1/4 batch &

Drink lemon water? Try this! 💦🍋
Use the WHOLE lemon for added limonene!! 💦🍋 Lots of people already drink lemon water for digestion, etc, but this is next level. But using the whole lemon, you get the added benefits of limonene (an essential oil found in the peel) that has been shown in studies to have an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-stress effect, been shown to help reduce mood disorders, and may help reduce triglycerides and lower blood sugar levels. 🩺 The combo of EVOO & lemon is known to h

Blueberry Hack 🫐😉 take all the sweet ones! (or take the sour-lower-sugar ones if thats your jam)
Try this fun hack if you want to secretly steal all the sweetest berries (or if your kids will only eat the super sweet ones! 🫐😬), …or if you’re keto/low-carb/diabetic and want to only eat the sour ones. 🙌🏻👍🏻 It actually works! But why? 🤔 Because the sweeter ones are more dense and sink to the bottom. Watch the video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/x7ptTlt1qAI

Frozen snickers bites 🍫🍌🥜
Frozen snickers bites 🍫🍌🥜 Having fun making random frozen treats with bananas. They act like ice cream when frozen (aka “nice cream”) and pair so well with snickers flavours: caramel, PB & choc!! Feel free to sub your fav nut/seed butter if you don’t do peanuts. 🍌slice up a ripe banana 🍯top with a piece of medjool date for your “caramel” layer 🥜top with peanut butter, and peanuts 🥶freeze 🍫dip in melted chocolate & enjoy! ☕️🫐 Blueberry Latte At Home
Has anyone else seen that Starbucks has an At Home Recipe section on their website? I was looking up recipes for the trending blueberry iced latte when I stumbled across it, so THIS is compliments of Starbies, but with my df/low sugar spin. Here’s what Starbucks says, in 16oz glass: -3tbsp of blueberry compote (from 1c blueberries, 1/4tsp honey, 1/2tsp vanilla, heat 3 minutes in a saucepan, then blend it until smooth) -1 tsp sugar (we used allulose as a substitute) -3/4c ice

Choc Brownie Mug Cake | gf/v/keto
This is my go to snack/dessert when I have a chocolate craving. It's easy to put together, quick to cook, and oh so yummy by itself or with a scoop of df ice cream or coconut whipcream. I Tried Dr Gundry's Almond Joy Muffins 🍫🥥
Healthy Almond Joy Muffins I tried making Dr Steven Gundry’s Almond Joy muffins (with a few tweaks)! As a HUGE coconut lover, and fan of the Bounty bar, these were right up my alley! They’re gluten-free, dairy-free, lectin-free, paleo, and low carb/keto friendly, and packed with coconut, almond, and chocolate. Ingre
