This one is so pretty (and fun to make with kids!). It starts with a gluten-free, grain-free, vegan almond flour cookie pizza crust, topped with an easy no-bake liquid cheesecake “sauce” you make in a blender, finished with all your favourite fruits. We’re making some fun cookie cups to serve ice cream sundaes! These yummy bars are our version of a no-bake oatmeal chocolate fudge crumble bar. But ours are gluten-free, grain-free, oat-free, starch-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, refined-sugar-free (and can be totally sugar-free, low-carb too!) This sauce comes together with 3 main ingredients, in less than 5 minutes when you need a quick chocolate syrup for topping your desserts/ice cream.
