Miraculous 1-Ingredient CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
I keep seeing these 1 or 2 ingredient chocolate recipes, and sometimes they fail, and sometimes they look delicious - It makes me think, do they really work? And are they any good? So we’re finally giving it a try. Here’s how we’re doing it: Ingredients: 150g dark choc (you want good tasting, high cocao content, good quality choc since this is the only flavour component - I used 70% allulose-sweetened-dark chocolate) 1/2c boiling water (not cold, as some recipe say - we want

Twice Baked Chocolate Cake = Half Cake & Half Molten Lava
I’ve heard of double baked potatoes, and double baked cookies (aka biscotti) but have you heard of a double baked cake?!? I hadn’t until I saw these guys do it: Inspired by: @butterbutternz and Cupcake Jemma/Ravneet Gill https://youtu.be/zyMF41DzGPU?si=hWgwV-2X42MO_v8g And it just happens to be flour-less/gluten-free! I used theirs as a starting point but downsized it to make it a 1/4 batch size as well as made it dairy-free, & sugar-free/low carb. Ingredients for 1/4 batch &

🔥🍢 This s’more hack is genius!
We were at my brother’s cottage this past weekend, making campfire s’mores, so we HAD TO try out Nick DiGiovanni new s’more technique to melt your chocolate at the same time as toasting your marshmallow - spoiler alert, it’s a game changer!! And totoally genius!! (Just kinda sucked that my expensive gluten-free graham crackers all broke in the process or were broken to start, lol. 😭 But the “regular” ones saved the day! 🙌🏻🎉) It worked so well, you gotta try this next time

Chickpea Bark - Sweet Salty & Crunchy!
Sometimes unexpected combos work so beautifully together: If you have some extra chickpeas kicking around, give this a try! Adding crunchy roasted chickpeas creates an amazing sweet salty & crunchy combo. -Lightly spray/coat some drained chickpeas with oil, then roast (we did air fryer at 390F for 20 minutes and they were perfect!). -Then let cool, and add to melted chocolate with a good ol' pinch of flakey sea salt. -Chill until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!! Drink lemon water? Try this! 💦🍋
Use the WHOLE lemon for added limonene!! 💦🍋 Lots of people already drink lemon water for digestion, etc, but this is next level. But using the whole lemon, you get the added benefits of limonene (an essential oil found in the peel) that has been shown in studies to have an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-stress effect, been shown to help reduce mood disorders, and may help reduce triglycerides and lower blood sugar levels. 🩺 The combo of EVOO & lemon is known to h

Blueberry Hack 🫐😉 take all the sweet ones! (or take the sour-lower-sugar ones if thats your jam)
Try this fun hack if you want to secretly steal all the sweetest berries (or if your kids will only eat the super sweet ones! 🫐😬), …or if you’re keto/low-carb/diabetic and want to only eat the sour ones. 🙌🏻👍🏻 It actually works! But why? 🤔 Because the sweeter ones are more dense and sink to the bottom. Watch the video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/x7ptTlt1qAI

Frozen snickers bites 🍫🍌🥜
Frozen snickers bites 🍫🍌🥜 Having fun making random frozen treats with bananas. They act like ice cream when frozen (aka “nice cream”) and pair so well with snickers flavours: caramel, PB & choc!! Feel free to sub your fav nut/seed butter if you don’t do peanuts. 🍌slice up a ripe banana 🍯top with a piece of medjool date for your “caramel” layer 🥜top with peanut butter, and peanuts 🥶freeze 🍫dip in melted chocolate & enjoy! Has anyone else seen that Starbucks has an At Home Recipe section on their website? Soft & Gooey Banana-Date Sticky Buns | GF/DF/V
Watch the step-by-step video here: https://youtu.be/l2XuXBvGvoc Banana sticky buns are my nostalgic go-to for using up way too many ripe bananas. When I was little, my mom used to make Banana Sticky Buns from the Bisquick cookbook. (Sidebar: do you remember when every baking brand had its own cookbook? The Robin Hood flour one will forever be my favourite.) When I first started my YouTube channel, I tried to gluten-free-ify that recipe. And while it was… fine? It definitely
