An easy tiramisu-y flavoured no-bake icebox cake. No espresso or ladyfingers required, and perfect for a summer party, get together or picnic. 🍪🍫 Day 23 of Healthy Summer Treats | Edible Protein Cookie Dough & Choc-Dipped Bites
Cookie Dough: 1 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup unflavoured protein powder (or more almond flour) 1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice (I used half liquid allulose, half maple syrup) 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup chopped chocolate/chocolate chips of choice (I used dark allulose chips) ► Combine, scoop, eat!! We’re making some fun cookie cups to serve ice cream sundaes! VIRAL Chickpea Nutella Recipe
